What is more important Occupancy/ Revpar / ADR… we have a hotel that alway only captures 73% of the OCC and REVPAR and 98% ADR in its compset share. Does it make any sence to raise rates to increase occupancy?
If you have to be told what to do in this economic disaster, it’s too late for you. Your proactivity should have begun a year ago when this was all foreseen.
I am a student of HRM at UMES and this kind of information helps in future to become a successful hotelier.
