E business is a very important topic in the actual economic climate to promote the industry. I would b very grateful to hear videos or written information about the impact of the recession in the hospitality industry.thanks a million Prakash
A useful feature to be added to each topic presented would be to show an actual example. In the case of today´s topic It would have been nice to see an actual video from any hotel around the world where it shows a good practice or example.
More over, also showing a bad example is useful to avoid making mistakes or what not to do.
