“If you haven’t already gotten a Facebook account, I would differently start with that right away. Hopefully start with the Facebook fan page, and then the one thing that I would really really start to emphasize is that you get a website that will be best seen on smartphones and allow people to find the information on their mobile devices. Then I would advertise on applications that help find your hotel using mobile, than I would also use SMS technology to be able to communicate if they give you permission.”
