number of Boomer and Mature Internet users continues to grow
how can a hotel marketer reach and connect with these demographic segments?
these markets are looking for ways to experience life to its fullest
the question is: how do you get to them?
there are four different consumer markets – matures, boomers, gen x, gen y
matures and boomers of today and tomorrow are not the same as those of yesteryear
boomers and matures see themselves as vital and young
hotels have to approach them by ditching the Q-Tip attitude
Q-Tip is someone with white hair and white tennis shoes
they’re looking for that non Q-Tip attitude
good retail example: the dove campaign for real beauty, all ages, races, segments
family is important – market to their entire generational family
Disney does multi-generational marketing better than anyone else
boomers and matures want experiences that let them live their lives to the fullest
hoteliers have to ask: what experience am I delivering?
show the experience your hotel offers them
incorporate testimonials from boomers and matures into your website
ensure your online content will resonate with your audience - Embed Link:
